1. Acceptance
By creating an account and using Heimma, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
Heimma is a household management app that helps housemates coordinate finances, shopping lists, tasks, meals, and calendar events. The service is currently in beta and free to use.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up. One person may not maintain multiple accounts.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access others' data without permission, reverse-engineer the application, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Google Calendar
By connecting Google Calendar, you grant Heimma permission to read and create events in your calendar on your behalf. You can disconnect this integration at any time from your account settings.
6. Data and privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Service availability
We strive to keep Heimma available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of liability
Heimma is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
